The Pasco County Democratic Black Caucus does many things, but these three are the core of the organization and goals.

1.   To merge ideas, resources, skills, and various notions and to offer entrepreneurial assistance advancing African Americans socially, economically, and politically

2.      To be part of a forum to discuss, compare, and act on common concerns and issues affecting African Americans and their communities utilizing various media platforms

3.      To learn more about the political process and be a part of sharing knowledge with others, especially those who seek growth in the process
